Tim and Dana Kelley currently serve as Pastor of Oakdale Pentecostals. On January 30, 1983, Pastor Kelley’s life was changed dramatically by the Holy Spirit, and eight months later he enrolled at Texas Bible College in Houston, Texas.  While at TBC, Pastor Kelley met, and eventually married, Dana White. Tim and Dana Kelley both graduated from Texas Bible College and began full-time church ministry in 1987.  Pastor Kelley also completed “Center for Advanced Pastoral Studies” while a student at Texas Bible College. 

The Kelleys have two children; Ryan (wife, Sally Whitman Kelley) and Lauren (Mrs. Tyler Bushnell) and four grandchildren. The Kelleys entered the field of Pastoral Ministry in June 1990. They were elected to serve as pastor of Oakdale Pentecostals on November 27, 2006. 

An advocate for civic duty and service, Pastor Kelley currently serves as head chaplain for the Allen Parish Sheriff’s Department and is devoted to the city of Oakdale. The Kelleys' passionately serve their church and community and share a burden to see lives changed by the power of God.

Ryan and Sally currently serve as Student Pastors over Connect Student Ministries in Oakdale, LA. Ryan received his bachelor's degree in Public Relations at McNeese State University, and Sally graduated McNeese State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and received her Master’s Degree in Education Leadership from LSUS. She is also currently teaching Second Grade Reading at Kinder Elementary.

Both Ryan and Sally have been involved in student ministry in various capacities for a number of years and also serve the Louisiana District Youth Committee as Section 5 Youth Directors. They have two beautiful daughters, Norah and Lana, and one son, Jack. Ryan and Sally proudly serve the community of Oakdale and have a passion for the Oakdale Pentecostals.
